myspace for kids under the age of 14?

I want your opinion! Should someone create a myspace website for kids under the age of 14? Yes, they should! Many kids are not allowed to have myspace because of the age limit. Someone should create a website so that kids under the age of 14 can experience social networking. What do you think? I want your opinion!
